1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service govern the use of the LeadGen24 online platform, available at leadgen24.pl.

2. Definitions

Service – the LeadGen24 online platform enabling lead database generation.
User – a natural or legal person using the Service.
Order – a request placed by the User for generating a lead database.

3. Scope of Services

The Service allows Users to:

Define lead search criteria (industry, location).
Place an order for generating a lead database.
Download the generated database in CSV format.

4. Payments

Service prices are quoted in Polish Zloty (PLN).
The final price is calculated dynamically based on the selected criteria.
Payments are processed through external payment operators.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The User consents to the immediate commencement of service provision and expressly waives the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days (Article 38(1) of the Consumer Rights Act).

6. Personal Data

The data controller is Tesserakt sp. z o.o., based in Kraków. Detailed information can be found in the Privacy Policy.

7. Final Provisions

These Terms are effective from January 1, 2026. The Operator reserves the right to amend these Terms.
